The Wellora VIP Club membership is designed to offer exclusive benefits to its members. When customers make a purchase, they are given the option to participate in a 21-day free trial of the program during the checkout process. By opting in, they receive benefits such as free U.S. shipping on the first purchase and a 10 % discount. Members also enjoy up to 90 % off on select products, a lifetime 10 % discount on all future orders, a 100 % price-match guarantee, early access to new product launches, special gifts sent periodically to their email, and priority customer support.

Members have the freedom to cancel the subscription at any time during the 21-day trial period. However, like other subscription services—such as Amazon Prime, Spotify, or Netflix—the benefits are activated immediately upon enrollment. Consequently, once the trial or membership period begins, refunds are generally not provided, as all membership perks become available for immediate use.

How do I cancel my membership/subscription?

We’ve made canceling your Wellora VIP Club membership quick and simple! Just follow these steps:

    Fill out the form with the required details and submit your cancellation request.

  3. Confirmation:
    Once we receive your request, our team will process it, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your membership has been canceled.

Please note:
Refunds are not provided for membership fees that have already been charged, as all Wellora VIP Club benefits activate immediately upon enrollment. However, once your cancellation is processed, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after your purchase.

Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipment.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

Once an order is placed, we might be able to make changes to the order within 2 hours. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

ORDER ISSUES

While we may not be able to guarantee an identical replacement due to potential stock issues, we will do our best to resolve the situation for you!

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the package in a safe location.

  • Check around your home and with neighbors or building management who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure it was sent to the correct location.

  • Sometimes packages are marked as delivered but take a bit longer to arrive.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

All orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note: some orders might experience delays due to the carrier’s transit time. Cancellations will only be accepted up to 2 hours after placing the order.

Once you place your order, please allow 3–5 business days to process due to high product demand. After processing, it typically takes 6–12 business days for a domestic or international standard shipping delivery.

Wellora Labs’ #1 priority is customer satisfaction. Due to our extremely high demand and daily order volume, our average shipping times can vary.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

  • The delivery periods provided are indicative only.

  • Estimated shipping times do not include possible customs delays.

  • Public and national holidays in the destination country are not taken into account.

  • We cannot be held responsible for missing the estimated delivery periods.

  • In the case of product returns, delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
